Not That Great of An Angel

I really wanted and said I was going to work on some other things, but I get the sketches from my sketchbook. I scanned them to a memory stick pro, but my computer won't read it and no other computers I have a chance to get on will read it either. 
So, whatever I guess. I'll just re-scan them all and use a flash drive instead.

I had already lined this and was planning on doing it after I finished a ref for Theron. I can't get Theron's ref sketches, so I coloured in the lines. 

Anyway, this is Raphael. In my OC universe there are two heavens (Heaven and Telchass). Neither place is doing too well.
Raphael comes from Heaven where the god that ruled over it (the Maker) ditched and left the angels to fend for themselves. Raphael managed to establish himself as the ruler by being a complete dick.



Just a small list of shitty things he has done involving my other OCs

- purposefully kicked William out of Heaven since William didn't want anything to do with him
- realizes William is having an okay time in Hell and spends a long time trying to kill him
- traps Alania in a frozen lake in Hell since they called him out for killing people who speak out against him
- tries to kill Aumriel
- nearly kills Azrael (Azrael was excited that Telchass and Heaven could suddenly interact and went there immediately, Raphael didn't want anyone to figure out how shitty Heaven is holding up)
- doesn't even try to stop angels that defected from Heaven to do their own thing. and by own thing, I mean completely screw over some planets
